Jim Bell had an eventful life. He cheated death when he was hit by a train; he escaped death when he blew up in a fireball; he survived when he ran into a burning building and rescued a mother and son; and he prepared his entire family for his passing, a final gift. He will be remembered as a son to many, a loving husband, a supportive father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was also dedicated to helping both friends and strangers. With love in his heart, he worked hard for the city of Buena Park for 30 years as an Irrigation Engineer. His family was his priority and he will be missed by everyone who was lucky to spend time with him. His final gift was organ donation. His boots may be empty, but his spirit lives forever.
